Shipping Policy
ARJ DYNAMICS LLC ("Travelpacksify") processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery times, and related procedures.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on all orders over $50. $7.99 for orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
