Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ARJ DYNAMICS LLC ("Travelpacksify"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for refunds and order cancellations.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered our processing queue and cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@travelpacksify.co with your order number.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for a full refund.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@travelpacksify.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. All returns must be sent to:

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@travelpacksify.co.
