Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@travelpacksify.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Attach the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return, plus additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at your discretion.
